About Me
Welcome! My experience has taught me that being heard, affirmed, and celebrated is vital to growth and well-being. Therefore, I approach the therapeutic process with unconditional affirmation, respect, care, and compassion. I have 10+ years of experience working with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+, gender expansive/non-binary, kink/BDSM, poly/non-monogamy, sex workers, and fat individuals. I had the privilege of being a resource to individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges including depression, anxiety, body image, self-esteem, perfectionism, loneliness, relationship challenges, and family struggles.
It is my role to make you feel comfortable, support you through challenging times, and help you to know yourself better. Because different challenges require different solutions, I adopt an integrative approach and draw from psychodynamic, interpersonal, CBT, feminist, positive psychology, and multicultural approaches to counseling.
